Imagine not less than 76 pipeline vandals have been arrested and to be taken to court in Delta State, Nigeria, for allegedly vandalising the pipeline and making huge amount of money through it.

The Delta State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, spear-headed by the State Commandant 'Mrs. Beatrice Irabor' made this known that “Since my assumption of office as the state commandant of the NSCDC, we have made tremendous achievements in the arrest of pipeline vandals and we are currently prosecuting 76 suspected vandals arrested within Amai and Kwale communities with the cooperation of the people of the state.”

Additionally, the corps also arrested and transferred 22 cases of misconduct to other relevant agencies for prosecution while it mediated in 100 civil cases.
